Three Layer Skirt

A totally one-of-a-kind skirt, comprising of three layers of 100% Cotton skirts. All three layers have contrasting colors to create a colorful extravaganza. The upper layer is a short handkerchief skirt. The second layer is a gathered skirt with drawstrings near the lower part. The lowest layer is a full round skirt, which adds elegance & beauty. All three layers are attached with same waist band.
